First of all, Transmilenio is a kind of mass transportation system that a lot of people have to use it but this doesn’t mean that is the best way of mass transportation system in Bogotá. Actually, I don’t use it constantly but I’ve heard a lot of people complaining about this public service and sometimes I’ve lived this annoying thing like have been very crowded. In my view, I think that transmilenio is no the best mass transportation system, it ought to improve a lot of things.
Time and again, I’ve heard some of my classmates or friends complaining about the bad service that transmilenio give because of the robbers that are there or because of the crowded bus. However, I think that these kinds of things can be resolve. For instance, people that work for transmilenio, they should make more buses and in the buses put a lot of cameras because of security.
In other way, I think that the city has to improve the train and in the future we may use it. Besides, in my opinion, the city should build different kinds of transportation, like a metro but I know that it would cost an arm and a leg.
Summing up, transmilenio have to improve some of its things. Additionally, the city has to have and improve other ways of transportation. Moreover, we like citizens are in the obligation to take care of all these transportation systems because we need them a lot.
